Pre-Registration is highly encouraged.
- After June 5th you will not receive a player's pack disc.
- After June 5th there will be a $5 late fee incurred.
- Pre-Registered players will receive a disc of choice. Register early to ensure you get what you want.
- Field will be limited to 90 competitors.
- Must have 4 to create a division that is not listed.
- $10 non-member fee for those who are not current PDGA members.

2nd Round Tee Off: 1:30 PM
Awards: 5:00 PM
Lunch: The Friends of Warren County Park District will be offering an affordable lunch package. Last year it was a big hit. There is nothing nearby, so please purchase their lunch or pack your own. |

- Distance with Accuracy Contest with two divisions for Pro/Am.
- All Divisions will be paid out to approximately 50%.
- Long tees for Pros and Adv Men.
- Limited Edition Crystal Buzzes and Crystal Avenger SS available on top of all the other disc’s listed in the Players pack choice’s.
- Added cash to the Open Women and Open Mens Division.
- Added prizes to the Amatuer Divisions.
- CTP (closest to the pin) contests on multiple holes.
- A $1 Ace fund is included in your entry.
